An ocean of opportunity
Europe is surrounded by seas and oceans; they are our past, present and future. The European Union needs an Integrated Maritime Policy to benefit from the full potential of our seas and oceans.
At the last Conference, Elspeth Atwool and Anne Lappourouze alerted us to new Eu policy being constructed. Many environmental groups are making their views known to the parliament.
